Donald Sollars

Owner & CEO

With nineteen patents, an Electrical Engineering degree and prior careers as a microprocessor architect and manufacturing engineer, Don is an inventor at heart. It gives Don great satisfaction to create something from nothing and know that someone will enjoy the fruits of his and his team’s labor for a long time. Don’s twenty-five years of experience in the business plus his unique background, provide him with a perspective that is valuable on any project. When Donald isn’t in the office or out on the field, you would likely find him listening to or playing music.

Erika Sollars

Vice President

Erika graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Arizona State and has ten years of experience in the home improvement and construction industry coupled with prior experience in real estate and small business management. As a woman in her male dominated profession, Erika enjoys bringing attention to the idea that women can have successful, executive level careers in construction. Everything to do with homes such as selling, designing, building and decorating them never gets old for Erika too. In Erika’s free time you would likely spot her at a local winery or doing yoga.

Matthew Esslinger

General Manager

Not many can say they have been working in the concrete industry since 1987, but Matt can. He likes the creative aspect of building a form system to match the shape and size drawn by the architect that can hold the pressures of being filled with a liquid. For him, there is something truly magnificent about the permanence of concrete. With this said, Matt’s best assets are his solid mechanical skillset and willingness to learn. When Matt isn’t working he is happiest spending time with his family and raising English Bulldogs.
